The public repository is intentionally small, but its history records a clear change in emphasis: from a workbench foundation to an interface that treats operator authority as a technical requirement.

What comes next
Future public work is intentionally framed as planned rather than complete: more deterministic synthetic demonstrations, public-safe visual material, clearer local configuration examples, normalized report artifacts, and stronger release-audit tooling. Each item requires its own public-content review before it becomes part of the portfolio record.
